Basically inhalers can be divided into two types, with the gauge and inhalers with dry powder inhalers.

Inhaler with a gauge uses chemical thrusters to push the drug out of the inhaler. These inhalers also use a small pressurized canister containing medication  with the prescribed dose. To use it, there are two things to do. Press the canister down and breathe the drug through a pipe called a spacer. The idea is to combine the drug with the air inhaled slowly into the lungs.

Inhalers contain dry powder that are activated by breath. This drug is released as soon as you inhale. To use this tool, attach it to the suction mouth and breathe rapidly. Some people feel using the inhaler is easier than using conventional inhalers. Because its use does not require coordination between the hands and lungs. And it does not require spacer,either.

Some useful tips are always to close the doors and windows of your home. You can also use the air conditioner that has been equipped with a good air filter. Do not forget to remove or trim the dusty goods, and has decayed things.
If you’re allergic to dust, try to always keep your home clean. This means that you must often sweep, vacuum, mop floors and clean all your home furnishings. Avoid decorations that are to gather the dust.

If you are allergy to cats but still want to keep them, follow the tips below:

• Bath your cats once a week. This way can reduce almost 90% allergens on air by cats.
• Avoid carpets and meubels from clothes. Mop floors many times and use vacuum cleaner to vacuum your floor.

• Keep the air in the house is always clean. Clean your air-conditioning and the heating room.

• Bath the pets regularly
• Perform routine cleaning in your house. Clean the house at least once a week. Use a mask when cleaning your house.
• Reduce stress and fatigue
• For some people, sulfite can trigger an asthma attack. Sulfite is contained in various foods and beverages, including wine, beer, fresh and dried fruits, seafood and some soft drinks. If you are sensitive to sulfite, when eating outside, ask the waiter whether the  food is spiked with sulfite or not. At home, check labels of foods containing sodium bisulfite, potassium bisufit, sulfur dioxide and potassium metabisulfit
